The 5 Is Process

In furtherance with the Membership Procedures of The Fraternal Order of 𝓔𝓪𝓰𝓵𝓮𝓼 - Philippine 𝓔𝓪𝓰𝓵𝓮𝓼, Inc. (TFOE-PE Inc.), all applicants shall pass through the steps called the Five (5) Is before being accepted as Member, to wit;

Interview

Your journey with us begins with an Interview, where we explore your aspirations and ensure your values align with our commitment to service and brotherhood. It's your first step towards making impactful contributions alongside fellow Eagles.

Introduction

Get acquainted with the heart of our organization during the Introduction phase. You'll meet our dedicated members and gain insights into our history, missions, and the remarkable initiatives that define us. It's a glimpse into the life that awaits you as an Eagle.

Incubation

Embark on the period of Incubation, where you actively participate in our events, community services, and projects. This phase is a time for mutual discovery, offering you the chance to experience our brotherhood firsthand and for us to welcome you into our fold.

Initiation / Indoctrination

Step into the core of our traditions with the Initiation/Indoctrination ceremony. This pivotal moment marks your embrace of our values and principles, as you pledge to uphold the spirit of service and fellowship that binds all Eagles.

Induction

Culminating your journey into our ranks, the Induction phase celebrates your official entry as a member of The Fraternal Order of Eagles - Philippine Eagles. It's a significant milestone where you're formally recognized in a solemn ceremony as part of our esteemed brotherhood, ready to soar to new heights together. You will be officially called as KUYA.
