How To Return An Item
Physical or Digital items must be on its original and unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect or error on our end. You must return the order within 7 days of your purchase.
- Please email [email protected] to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
- For physical items, exact mail / shipping address where you can return the item will be provided via email.
- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt, invoice, or Order ID.
Return Exceptions
Items can not be returned if they are damaged.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling fees that you paid on the order, as well as the charges by our payment gateway, such as, but not limited to PayPal, XendIt, Banks, GCash, Maya, and etc.
Lost Item(s)
Our customers must know that www.eaglesdigitalhub.com source products from suppliers or brands we carry. That means for all orders placed in the website, www.eaglesdigitalhub.com, we may pay for the products first BEFORE the suppliers ship the item(s) to you.
Thus, for lost item, we’ll refund the customer only if the item has been returned to the supplier.
